Our Story
Rose Rock Bakery is a small, one-woman (sometimes two-woman and a few middle-aged man or adolescent boy) micro-bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdough bread and a few sweet treats. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand in small-ish batches.
If it rises, I can bake it.
Follow along for fresh loaves, seasonal bakes, and a little slice of life from a small Oklahoma town where the bread, and sometimes the baker, can be a little crusty.
